Instagrams Most Popular Places in 2012

Instagram has hit the road.

The wildly popular photo sharing app has become the de facto vacation camera for users around the world, according to new data from the company, revealing that two of the 10 most frequently Instagrammed destinations are airports. Other tourist favorites like the Eiffel Tower, Disneyland and the Santa Monica Pier also make the list of the most popular spots to snap.

While many of the top 10 are on the West Coast, the two most popular places for Instagram users are, perhaps surprisingly, in Thailand. Curiously enough, one of them is a mall.

That aberration aside, Instagram is becoming something of an advertisement for world travel, a way for its users to celebrate their wanderers. Here is where they went in 2012. CHECK OUT THE PICS HERE

LAKEWOOD- A Lakewood dad had to make a return the day after Christmas because the gift literally traumatized his family.

Wednesday morning Mark Giles' five year old son Braydon was playing with his Nintendo 3DS, a gift he had been asking Santa for since last year.

The boy asked his older brother to help him delete some pictures on the device, that's when his brother Bryton said the discovery was made.

OCTOBER 12--The Cleveland bus driver who delivered an uppercut to an unruly female passenger told cops that he struck the woman after she grabbed his throat and spit in his face as he was driving, according to police reports.

 Artis Hughes, 59, was interviewed by officers shortly after the September 18 confrontation with Shi'dea Lane, 25, on a Greater Cleveland

Lady Gaga isn’t trying to hide her recentweight gain under dark, loose-fitting clothes. Instead, the “Born This Way” singer turned up on Friday in Paris in a super-tight, leopard-print outfit that accentuated all her new curves.

“She has no intention of going on a diet or hiding under baggy clothes until she loses some weight,” a friend of Gaga’s tells me. “That just isn’t her style. She tells her fans to love themselves and that is something that she doesn’t just preach.”

Telling radio host Elvis Duran that she had gained 25 pounds before her tour started, Gaga added, "And you know I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second.”

Rosi, a 14-year veteran of the Peninsula School District, was suspended for 10 days and shifted out of Kopachuck classrooms last spring, according to the terms of an agreement signed in April of this year. Evelyn Lozada, the wife of Miami Dolphins star Chad Johnson, formerly Ochocinco, was reportedly the victim of a domestic violence incident on Saturday night. Johnson was arrested after he reportedly head-butted Lozada during a heated argument, reportedly leaving her with lacerations on her forehead.TMZ has just obtained the police report from the incident, which indicates that Lozada had to flee to a neighbor's house to escape Johnson. The official report also says that Johnson allegedly butt-headed Lozada during an argument about a receipt for condoms.

9. Black men seem to have the lamest dating strategies. Not saying you have to take me to the most expensive place, but no, coming over your house to chill and eat takeout isn’t on my list of fun first dates. I’m over the movies too. I can’t learn anything about you while sitting silent in a theatre for 2 hours. Take me to the museum or aquarium, bring a blanket and some fruit to the park. It’s not that hard to have a nice, cheap, out-the-ordinary date. Get creative.

8. Black men show no respect to black women. Would you call your mother the things you call us if we turn you down in the street? Treat us how you would want a man to treat your daughter and it’ll all work out.


7. Black guys love screaming loyalty but are usually the most unloyal ones. A black woman will stick by you through it all…cheating, lying, broke, unhappy, and she’s there to tell you everything will be better. What do you do? Turn around and leave her. Now she’s heartbroken and called bitter/angry. Learn to communicate better and more relationships will last.
6. Unmotivated. Irresponsible. Lazy….but talented. Are you proud of that? Man up and take care of business. Stop sitting around playing 2K all day. Stop waiting on line for 3 days for some sneakers. Black women see your potential and get mad when it goes to waste. Stop it. Grow up. Black men aren’t going to school. How many black men do you know with a masters? And of course school isn’t everything or for everybody. But start your own business. Stop being content with a job that has no growth. Think about your future.


5. The “M” word seems to scare black men these days, more than the “N” word back in the 50s. You know how many times I’ve heard a man say he doesn’t believe in marriage? Maybe if you didn’t believe in divorce, you would look at life differently. Black love is a beautiful thing.


4. “Got a main chick & got a mistress, a couple girlfriends – I’m so hood rich.” Black men flaunt the fact that they can get multiple women. No one wants to deal with a chronic cheater! (CC: Stevie J & his blatant disrespect to MiMi). Most black men are raised in a single parent home, where their mother subsequently treats her son like her man. Mothers baby their boys, unknowingly raising them to always be dependent on a woman. Mommy cooks, cleans, and lets you live off her – so you in turn expect the same thing from your woman. Most men wouldn’t know how to take care of home without a woman. Ever been to a single guys place? Yeah…nasty. Instead of having tons of women, just find one and work on keeping her happy. Trust me.


3. What’s with the need to impress others? Stop living beyond your means. Stop scamming and stealing other people’s hard earned money to buy stupid material things. Why do you drive a 2012 BMW but live in mommy’s basement? Why will you pay $600 for some sneakers, but won’t pay $200 on a date? (lol, yes I went there). Key point tho…just be yourself. The richest man in the room is usually not the flashy one.

Why have unprotected sex with a woman you wouldn’t want to bear your children. (Baby Daddy Syndrome) How many times have we heard a man preach he only deals with 10s – then you see his baby mother and she’s Queen gremlin in the face? He ends up not taking care of the child because he’s ashamed of his baby mother. Another black family doomed before it begins. Stop doing it to yourselves. Have some self-control. Aim to be a father, not a sperm donor.
1. Stop flaunting money and get mad when you attract gold diggers..If you take pics with stacks of money, pop 10 bottles in the club, buying Balenciagas and Hermes belts, why get mad if ya chick wants you to buy her a bag? It’s simple math. You are what you attract. Fill a room with gold diggers and you’ll see  only a handful of black women. A white girl will train herself to love you & your money. Black women can’t fake it…we need chemistry. How many black girls you know, stuck by her broke ass man because she loved him? Stop trying to throw black women under the bus saying we are only in it for the money – before your beloved Becky ends up taking you for everything you got.

Charges Dropped Against Eagles RB Dion Lewis

Well, there are truly two sides to every story. Last month Eagles RB Dion Lewis was arrested on Felony charges for pulling a fire alarm.

Now, the story is a little different than what was originally reported. Dwight Howard Says Yes To Lakers!!! So Whats The Hold Up Now??

Dwight Howard has long coveted the Brooklyn Nets as his next landing spot, but after a summer filled with daily rumors of four-team trade proposals, the six-time All-Star has moved on from his Big Apple infatuation and is locked in on joining the Los Angeles Lakers, sources tell RealGM.

The Lakers, Orlando Magic and Cleveland Cavaliers are reportedly discussing a three-team trade that would send Howard to the Lakers, Andrew Bynum to the Cavaliers, while the Magic would receive Anderson Varejao and multiple draft picks.

Howard has always been impressed with the Lakers’ winning tradition and intrigued with the off-court opportunities that come with playing in Los Angeles.

Questions about Howard's role with the team, however, became an early concern for the three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year. Howard has since moved on from those concerns and is confident he will be an integral part of a team that will have a chance to compete immediately for a championship, according to sources that spoke with RealGM.

The Lakers are reportedly ready to make the trade, but first need assurance from Howard that he will commit to the team long-term. Sources say Howard is “excited” about the opportunity to play for the Lakers and will re-sign with the team when his contract expires at the end of the 2012-13 season.
