A video prankster was arrested last night for battery after he allegedly gave wedgies to a series of victims outside a Florida movie theater, police report.

Charles Ross, 18, was busted on the misdemeanor charge after a male victim, 20, told cops that Ross grabbed him “by the back of his pants and pulled them up hard,” according to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report.  READ MORE

A 35-year-old woman was arrested after stripping down at aPompano Beach intersection and exposing her private parts.

Tracy Mabb was charged with exposing sexual organs in public and was being held in jail Wednesday on a $600 bond. She was also being held on a prior petit theft offense that allegedly took place April 8, according to Broward County court records.

Mabb began peeling off clothes while standing in the 800 block of South Dixie Highway about 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to a Broward Sheriff's Office report.

She pulled her long shirt up in front of drivers and pedestrians and exposed her entire body, including her breasts, vagina and buttocks, in a "complete vulgar and indecent manner," the report said.

An Osceola County woman is still in jail for allegedly calling 911 six times for no apparent reason. 

"What's going on there ma'am?" the 911 operator asked. 

"None of your business! Just send me a sergeant. It's none of your business! Why the hell are you so stupid?" Joan Mayo replied.   

Help, Police!! My Mom is Having Sex... Hurry!!

A Florida teenager who called 911 last week asked police to place her in a Christian children’s shelter because she “heard her mother having sex.”  Responding to a domestic disturbance call Thursday around 4 AM, a cop questioned the mother and daughter at their Panama City residence, according to a police report. Two teenage girls near Tampa and their family members are facing charges after video of the girls fighting showed up on YouTube, with the parents reportedly watching.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Friday that the two adults were charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The two girls have been charged with affray, which is being involved in a public brawl, or disturbing the peace.

Authorities tracked down everyone suspected to be involved in the Wimauma, Fla., incident after someone reported seeing the footage of two juveniles fighting on YouTube Thursday.
