The captain of a capsized cruise ship made repeated excuses as an Italian coast guard official repeatedly ordered him to get back on the vessel potentially still packed with thousands of frightened passengers and crew, a recording released Tuesday reveals.

Two teenage girls near Tampa and their family members are facing charges after video of the girls fighting showed up on YouTube, with the parents reportedly watching.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Friday that the two adults were charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The two girls have been charged with affray, which is being involved in a public brawl, or disturbing the peace.

Authorities tracked down everyone suspected to be involved in the Wimauma, Fla., incident after someone reported seeing the footage of two juveniles fighting on YouTube Thursday.

More than 800,000 subscribers fled Netflix in the third quarter amid rising prices and growing anger at the company's flip-flopping business model -- and the company's stock took a rollercoaster-style plunge that evaporated capital and had day traders gasping for breath. Some analysts argued that the trouble with once high-rolling Netflix is a fresh nail in the coffin of the DVD rental business.

"The future is clearly streaming now -- it's only a matter of time before all disk-based media becomes obsolete," Rob Enderle, a leading technology analyst with The Enderle Group, told FoxNews.com.
