Im sure they will cry outrage... the only outrage I see is us tax payers paying for these SLAGS to be on welfare so that they don't have to work and continue making more babies to collect more money! Im tired of having to pay tax dollars to care for kids who ain't mine just cause the bitch wont close her legs and the dead beat is off running around or in jail!!! California needs to do the same!!!!! But will this work??
