Henry Wolf has filed a lawsuit against BMW North America and the motorcycle-seat supplier, claiming that the narrow seat caused his "severe" case of priapism, a condition considered a medical emergency when an erection lasts longer than six hours.
In the lawsuit, filed last Thursday in California Superior Court, Wolf alleges his condition has lasted for 20 months. He is seeking damages resulting from lost wages, emotional distress and general damage. He is also suing seatmaker Corbin-Pacific.
The lawsuit says the condition has left Wolf "unable to engage in sexual activity."
