A woman who handed off her baby to a homeless person in a tent in downtown Los Angeles has been arrested, police said.
The mom allegedly gave her baby to another woman in a tent at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday near Main and 3rd streets.
"I was just sleeping in my tent with my boyfriend, you know, and then we got woken up by a lady just shaking our tent and trying to unzip it," a woman who identified herself only as Kass told KTLA-TV.READ MORE
